This wrap comes with 2 elastic straps fastened by buttons and are highly adjustable. Ideal for larger areas, whole stomach/liver/pancreas area or back. There is also a zipped compartment that can be used for ice pack or extra padding for additional absorption.
The outer material is not fully moisture-proof, it is similar to a bathing suit material.
