Here at Shop Holistic, we have been very busy with orders! Thank you so much for choosing to purchase from our ethical independent company rather than a faceless corporation! Choosing independent and local businesses is what will help to recover our economy and bring some of the wealth back to the ordinary folk!
Here’s how this years closure and last posting dates look like!
LAST POSTING DATES FOR CHRISTMAS
In order to ensure you receive your order in time for Christmas, please order by the following dates.
We cannot guarantee to fulfill any more Aromatherapy orders before Christmas
All other Orders
Please place all other orders by Thursday, 20th of December by 1pm. We will be available to take phone orders from 10am on this day.
Any orders placed after these times may still be posted before we close on the 20th of December, but we will no longer be able to guarantee that they will be sent before the carrier's Christmas delivery cut off. We will have a skeleton staff in between Christmas and New Year for 1 day to clear the backlog but unfortunately will not be able to answer customer queries by telephone. Please email any queries for the quickest response.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to guarantee delivery before Christmas on any overseas orders, however they will be sent out promptly as usual (it will be up to Royal Mail!).
OUR CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS
Our Christmas and New Year closure dates are from 2pm on Thursday 20th of December and we reopen to the public at 9:30am on Thursday 3rd of January.
We will be in to clear some backlog and despatch orders on Wednesday 2nd January, but we won't be open to the public. We will be open as normal from the 3rd of January. We ask for your understanding with any delays. We may be very busy when we come back and we may be unable to guarantee your order will be dispatched immediately as all orders received over Christmas will be dealt with in chronological order.

We have noticed in the past that Royal Mail may not deliver parcels as quickly as they normally would around the Christmas period - we can only presume they will also have backlog after the closing days.
