A universal grounding bed sheet made from 100% organic cotton with almost 1/3 mile of fine silver fibres throughout the material.

These sheets are ideal for grounding/earthing the body while you are sleeping, and can be used either lengthways on single bed for whole body grounding, sideways on a double, king or super king for half body grounding, or lengthways on a double, king or super king for 1 person whole body. For optimum effect, skin should be in direct contact with the sheet.

The sheets measure 305cm x 90cm (120" x 35") so have ample length for tucking in, and are off-white natural colour with a connection stud at one edge to fit the 4.6m (15ft) long connection cord.

USE & CARE:

It is recommended that your earthing sheet is washed regularly, every 1-2 weeks to remove sweat and skin oils which may begin to impede conductivity. Use a natural, gentle liquid detergent (not powder as it may contain whitening agents) and do not use fabric conditioners.

Sheets are machine washable at 40°C, it is recommended to line dry or tumble dry on low heat. If you wish to iron your sheet, use a low heat.

Don't use bleach, harsh chemicals, fabric softeners, whitening or oxy-detergents, strong fragrances (even if essential oils based!) or dryer sheets. Sheets are unsuitable for dry cleaning. Any of these will likely reduce conductivity and may cause tarnishing.

After applying oils or lotions to the skin we recommend waiting an hour before using the sheet.

All products are completely safe and have built-in protection resistance. The earth pin is metal while the other pins are plastic, so there is no connection to the mains, only the earth.
