Christmas 2023 Delivery and Opening Information
Thank you so much for choosing to purchase from our ethical independent company rather than a faceless corporation! Choosing independent and local businesses is what will help to recover our economy and bring some of the wealth back to the ordinary folk!
Here’s how this years closure and last posting dates look like!
LAST POSTING DATES FOR CHRISTMAS
In order to ensure you receive your order in time for Christmas*, please order by the following dates.
Aromatherapy
Please place orders for Christmas by Monday 18th December.
All other Orders
Please place all other orders by midday on Tuesday, 19th December. We may be available to take phone orders after this time, but it will depend on how busy we are.
Any orders placed after these times may still be posted before we close on Wednesday 20th December, but they will no longer be likely to arrive before Christmas. We will have a skeleton staff in between Christmas and New Year for 1 day to clear
the backlog but unfortunately will not be able to answer customer
queries by telephone.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to guarantee delivery before Christmas on any overseas orders, however they will be sent out promptly as usual (it will be up to Royal Mail!).
OUR CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS
Our Christmas and New Year closure dates are from 4pm on Wednesday 20th December and we reopen to the public at 9:30am on Wednesday 3rd January 2024.
We ask for your understanding with any delays. We may be very busy when we come back and we may be unable to guarantee your order will be dispatched immediately as all orders received over Christmas shutdown will be dealt with in chronological order.

* We have noticed that Royal Mail have not been delivering parcels as quickly as they previously have and this may get worse around the Christmas period - we can only promise to do our bit and ensure we get your orders out before their last posting dates. However, we advise you place your Christmas gift and New Year detox orders as soon as possible!
